Vivian’s dad is murdered when she is just a child at the age of 5 she vows to herself to not trust anyone. Vivian is afraid to feel the pain she felt when her father passed. She finds the emotion of loss is unbearable pain. The books start out again 13 years later when she attends college. She starts making new friends and meets the man who could make her love again, but he can obliterate her. This was like a push and pull with my emotions, some parts I just wanted to give up the other I wanted to keep reading. Yeah, it was that good!
