Torture Her Soul By J.M. Darhower

Torture to Her Soul (Monster in His Eyes, #2)Torture to Her Soul by J.M. Darhower
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

In the second book of this series Naz picks up were they left off and are told by Ignazio’s point of view. Killed her father and spared her mom for now. They go through a lot in this book and its tests their whole relationship.

He keeps telling her that she is free to do as she pleases but that he will never let go of her. He will always go after her. He gave her a choice and she told him to stay. She has to come to grips with what Naz does to her mom, and he helps her cope with it. Things get tense between them but they have little moments throughout the book that helps Naz’s get reassured about her feelings towards him.

Naz’s loyalty is put in jeopardy and he has to make a choice say goodbye to his past forever or give up Karissa and the future they could have together. Both choices have consequences, but he makes his choice and stands up to his choice ready to defendant with his life.

One it start to trust each other, things start to go better for them. They both help each other heal from their wounds, regardless if one of them caused them. They look past that to only focus on them and their future together. Their love is so twisted and fucked up, I don’t know how Karissa can still look at Naz and still feel love for him.

This book was a great ending but I’m hoping that they’re will be a third book or just a small novella of how they end up. Please lol.
